We also understand prototype injection molds are necessary in most applications to prove a design before building a multiple cavity production mold. With that being said, the prototype mold must produce exactly what your production intent should be with no limitation in order to prove your design completely.

When building a mold with Longxiang, you are using our expertise to manage the project and utilizing our own tooling ability. We also have the capability to run samples/parts from these molds allowing us to order parts off the new mold without ever seeing the mold in our own shop unless other circumstances persist. This saves transportation costs of the mold itself.

Many times, other tooling makers have limitations on geometry including undercuts, sharp corners, deep ribs, complex logos, size limitations on core pulls, material choices, and part size. We offer them all in order to fit your own requirements in order to prove your design.
